Are gift cards digital or physical?
E-Gift Cards are digital and can be purchased 24/7 from our website. You can buy a E-Gift Card right here. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email with your gift card details. The card recipient will receive the E-Gift Card via email with instructions on how they can use it.
When will my gift card be sent to me?
Your gift card will be issued immediately and sent on the day you specify after purchase. If you have not received it on the specified date please check your spam/junk folder before contacting customer support.
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem your gift card you will need to enter the card number and PIN in the E-Gift Voucher Code section at checkout.
How long are gift cards valid for?
The Mower Exchange gift cards will expire 3 years after the delivery date.

Of course, this way you can customise your perfect gift. Just enter the value when you add the gift card to the cart.
Can I write a custom message?
Yes, you are able to do this at the checkout.
Can I return or exchange my gift card?
The Mower Exchange gift cards entitle the holder to an amount of credit within the Marketplace that may be used to purchase goods or services from any Seller. The Mower Exchange gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
