Little National Hotel Gift Card Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Activate" means the initial loading of value onto a Gift Card.
  • "Card Balance" means the unspent value of a Gift Card.
  • "Card Number" refers to the unique number printed on or assigned to the Gift Card.
  • "Expiry Date" means 36 months from the date of purchase, after which any remaining funds on a Gift Card will not be available for redemption.
  • "Gift Card" means a Little National Hotel Gift Card issued for use across participating Little National Hotel Group venues.
  • "Little National Hotel Group" refers to Little National Hotel Hotels, Little National Hotels, Little National Hotel Restaurants and Bars, and their related entities.
  • "Little National Hotel Venues" means all participating venues owned and operated by Little National Hotel Group, as listed on www.Little National Hotelgroup.com.au.
  • "PIN" means the security number associated with a Gift Card, if applicable.
  • "Redeem" means to use the Gift Card to purchase goods or services at participating Little National Hotel venues.
  • "Website" means any Little National Hotel Hotels related website

A reference to "we", "us", or "our" is a reference to Little National Hotel Group. A reference to "you" or "your" is a reference to the person who is taken to agree to these terms and conditions.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS 1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all Little National Hotel Gift Cards and are subject to change at Little National Hotel Group's discretion. 1.2 By purchasing, activating, using, or attempting to use a Gift Card, or making a transaction enquiry or exercising any redemption rights, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.3 It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the recipient is aware of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PURCHASING A LITTLE NATIONAL HOTEL GIFT CARD 2.1 Gift Cards can be purchased online at www.Little National Hotelgroup.com.au or at select Little National Hotel venues. 2.2 A minimum value of $20 and a maximum of $5,000 can be loaded onto each Gift Card. 2.3 Payments must be made using accepted debit or credit cards. 2.4 Gift Cards are only available for delivery within Australia and cannot be sent to PO Boxes. 2.5 Risk in the Gift Card passes to you upon dispatch. Little National Hotel Group is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. 2.6 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Little National Hotel Group, unless already processed.

3. REDEEMING A LITTLE NATIONAL HOTEL GIFT CARD 3.1 Gift Cards can be redeemed at any participating Little National Hotel venue for dining, accommodation, and other services. 3.2 Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. 3.3 If a transaction exceeds the available balance, the difference must be paid by another method. 3.4 Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. 3.5 Unused balances after expiry will not be refunded or reinstated. 3.6 Balance checks can be done via the Website or in venue, using the Card Number and PIN.

4. LOST OR STOLEN CARDS 4.1 Gift Cards must be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless required by law. 4.2 Little National Hotel Group may cancel a Gift Card if it suspects fraudulent or unauthorised use.

5. MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS 5.1 Gift Cards may be used for personal or business gifts but not for marketing or promotional purposes without written approval from Little National Hotel Group. 5.2 Use of Little National Hotel Group logos or venue names for promotional purposes is prohibited without consent.

6. PRIVACY 6.1 Personal information collected during the purchase of a Gift Card is used to process the transaction and for customer service purposes. 6.2 For full details, refer to the Little National Hotel Group Privacy Policy at https://littlenationalhotel.com.au/privacy-policy/.

7. GENERAL 7.1 Use of a Gift Card is subject to the venue policies of the Little National Hotel Group. 7.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. 7.3 Consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms. 7.4 For any questions or disputes, please contact giftcards@littlenationalhotel.com.au.
