Where can I use my Little National Hotel Gift Card?
Little National Hotel Gift Cards can be redeemed across participating Little National Hotel Hotels, Restaurants and Bars for accommodation, dining, spa services, and other in-venue purchases. For a full list of participating venues, visit https://littlenationalhotel.com.au/.
Can I use my Gift Card more than once?
Yes. You can use your Little National Hotel Gift Card multiple times until the balance is fully redeemed or it expires.
How long are Little National Hotel Gift Cards valid for?
Little National Hotel Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
You can check your card balance online at any participating Little National Hotel website by visiting the participating website and through the gift card page. Balances can also be checked in person at any participating hotel or venue by providing your Card Number and PIN (if applicable).
Can I use my Gift Card for online bookings?
At this time, Little National Hotel Gift Cards must be redeemed in person at the venue. We recommend contacting the venue in advance if you wish to use a Gift Card for an accommodation or restaurant reservation.
Can I use my Gift Card for event deposits or group bookings?
Gift Cards can be used towards event payments or group bookings only when payment is made in person at a participating venue. Please speak directly with the Little National Hotel events team for guidance.
Can I purchase a Gift Card in person?
Yes. Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at select Little National Hotel venues during operating hours.
What are the minimum and maximum values I can load onto a Gift Card?
You can load between $20 and $5,000 onto a Little National Hotel Gift Card.
Can I get a refund or cash out my Gift Card?
No. Little National Hotel Gift Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.
What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless required by law. Please contact giftcards@Little National Hotelhotels.com.au if you believe your card has been compromised.
Can I use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card?
No. You cannot use a Little National Hotel Gift Card to purchase additional gift cards.
What happens if I don’t spend the full amount in one transaction?
Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card and can be used for future purchases until the card expires or the balance reaches $0.
Do I need to spend the full value in one visit?
No, you may use your Gift Card across multiple transactions until the balance is used or the card expires.
