Terms and Conditions

  • Accommodation is subject to availability. Please quote the eGift/gift card number when making your booking.
  • Gift/eGift cards or vouchers cannot be used for annuals, semi-permanent or permanent resident rent payments.
  • Gift/eGift cards or vouchers sold have an expiry period of 3 years (36 months) from date of purchase. Exclusions apply to gift/eGift cards or vouchers that meet the below criteria:
  • A gift/eGift card or voucher is given by a business for free to a consumer
  • A gift/eGift card or voucher is supplied as part of a customer loyalty or employee rewards program
  • A gift/eGift card or voucher is supplied as part of a temporary marketing promotion as a bonus to the purchase of a good or service
  • A gift/eGift card or voucher is sold or donated for use in a fundraising appeal, including to a charity or not for profit organisation
  • Gift/eGift cards or vouchers are available for use in park only and cannot be exchanged for cash or used with any other discount offer.
  • Gift/eGift cards or vouchers are to be used considering the terms and conditions (T&Cs) outlined on the specific gift/eGift card or voucher. Minimum T&Cs outlined on the voucher are that it must be mentioned at time of booking, use is subject to availability, it is not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • Your card and/or voucher must be presented at the time of payment to be redeemed. If your purchase exceeds the remaining amount on your card or voucher, you must pay the excess using a different payment method. The card or voucher may be used in part or in full, and any remaining balance can be applied towards subsequent purchases.
  • Any balance remaining on a gift/eGift card or voucher will not be exchanged for cash or any other payment method.
  • Gift/eGift cards or vouchers purchased prior to 31 March 2018 continue to have an expiry period of 1 year (12 months) unless stated otherwise.
