When will my Swillhouse gift card expire?
Swillhouse vouchers expire 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date should appear on the back on the card.
What is the minimum/maximum amount for a Swillhouse gift card?
The minimum purchase for giftcard is $50.
The maximum total value in one translation is $5000. There is also a maximum 10 giftcards on any order. Please contact shop@swillhouse.com if you intend to purchase more than our maximum amounts.
How long does it take to receive my gift card?
Digital giftcards are automatic.
Standard gift cards will be sent my Australia Post and can take around 4-6 business days to arrive. Once it has been sent you will be notified by email with a tracking number
