· Peter Teakle Wines Gift Cards are non-refundable to either the Purchaser or the Receipient.
· eGift Cards can be used in both The Line & Label Restaurant and Peter Teakle Wines Cellar Door.
· The Gift Card does not have to be used in full in one transaction. The Recipient will be able to check the balance of their card online.
· It is up to the cardholder to use the full amount within the validity period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.
· Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the value of the card, it is up to the cardholder to make up the difference with an alternative payment method.
· Peter Teakle Wines Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
· Peter Teakle Wines Gift Cards expire 36 months (3 years) after issue in accordance with SA Government Consumer Laws.
· Peter Teakle Wines Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Peter Teakle Wines and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
· You can purchase eGift Cards between $20.00 and $1,000.00 AUD. May not be re-sold or bartered for cash. eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.
· In Cellar Door the Gift Card can only be used to purchase takeaway wine and merchandise, it cannot be redeemed towards Cellar Door Tasting Experiences.
· In The Line & Label Restaurant Gift Cards cannot be redeemed toward an approved Function, Wedding or Event Lunch/Dinner, or anything that is a prepaid experience.
· We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.
· Gift Card transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner and Peter Teakle Wines do not have access to the full credit card number.
