Where can I purchase a gift card?

       Gift cards can be purchased online via our website or in person at Melbourne Place.

 

How can I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed on accommodation expenses, retail purchases, and dining outlets withing Melbourne Place. Present the card at the time of payment. Gift cards cannot be used to pre-pay for accommodation online.

 

Do gift cards expire?

       Our gift cards have an expiry date of 3 years from the date of purchase.

 

Accommodation

Can I use the gift card to book a room online?

Gift cards can only be used as a form of payment in person upon arrival or departure from the hotel. They cannot be used as part of the reservation process.

Can I use the gift card for special packages or promotions?

Gift cards can be used towards any booking, including special packages and promotions, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

 

Retail Store

Can I use the gift card for online purchases at the hotel’s retail store?

Gift cards can only be redeemed in-person at our retail store. The online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

Restaurants

Which restaurants accept the gift card?

       The gift card can be used at all of our restaurants, including Mid Air, Marmelo, and Mr.Mills.

 

Balance and Usage

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

       You can check the balance online on our website or in person at Melbourne Place.

Can I use my gift card multiple times?

Yes, you can use the gift card until the balance is exhausted. Any remaining balance can be used for future visits.

 

Terms and Conditions

Are there any restrictions on using the gift card?

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for certain services like gratuities or third-party services.

What happens if I lose my gift card?

Please report lost or stolen gift cards to the Melbourne Place team. Replacement cards may be issued if proof of purchase is provided.

Can I return or exchange my gift card?

       Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
