1. How do I register for a Corporate Account?
Click Here https://wwws-au1.givex.com/cws4.0/hanesbrandsaus/account-application/ to register for a corporate account. Make sure to include your company name, address, ABN, first and last name, phone number and email address.
2. My application for a Corporate Account got rejected, what can I do now?
Please email hanesbrands.giftcards@hanes.com for more information on the status of your account.
3. Why haven’t I received my gift cards yet?
When you have made payment, email your remittance to hanesbrands.giftcards@hanes.com. Once your payment has been received, you’ll be emailed a link to download your gift cards.
4. Where do I download my gift cards?
- Log into your account and using your Checkout Order ID, download each Gift Card from ‘Download Purchase Orders’ under the ‘Buy E-Gifts’ Tab. You can find your Checkout Order ID in your notification email.
