ESCA Gift Cards can be used at all ESCA venues. Click here to view all of our venues. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for prepaid functions, ticketed events or online purchases (including takeaways). 


Where can I purchase an ESCA Gift Card?

E-Gift Cards can only be purchased online.

Standard Gift Cards can be purchased online, or over the counter at all of our venues. 


When will my ESCA Gift Card expire?

Esca Gift Cards expire 36 months (3 years) from the date of issue. The expiry date should appear on the back of your card, or you can check it here.


What is the minimum/maximum purchase for an ESCA Gift Card?

The minimum purchase amount for an ESCA Gift Card is $50.

The maximum total value of gift cards per transaction is $2000.

Can I load additional funds onto my ESCA Gift Card?

No, your ESCA Gift Card may only be loaded with a value once, at the time of purchase.


I’ve changed my mind about my purchase. Am I able to process a refund?

 

No, ESCA Gift Cards are non-refundable. 


What do I do if my ESCA Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

You may like to treat your gift card as cash. Lost, stolen or damaged, ESCA Gift Cards can be replaced if the card has not been used and the recipient can provide an original receipt and card reference number. Please email info@esca.group for assistance. 

We recommend you register your gift card. This will allow you to automatically reissue any lost or stolen gift cards. 


How do I use my ESCA Gift Card when making a reservation at a restaurant which requires a prepaid deposit?

If you are planning to use your ESCA Gift Card to settle your bill at a venue that requires a prepaid deposit, please email info@esca.group or call the reservations team on XXXXXXXXXXX to secure your reservation. Please note that credit card details will be required to secure the booking. 


How long do ESCA Gift Card orders take to arrive?

E-Gift Cards are emailed immediately.

Standard Gift Cards will be sent via Express Post and take between 4-6 days to arrive. Once sent, you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation. Please note that delivery can only take place within Australia and only to a street address.


What if my E-Gift Card hasn’t arrived?

If you haven't received your E-Gift Card within 1 hour of purchase, please check your junk/spam folder. If not, please contact info@esca.group


Can I order an ESCA Gift Card if I live internationally?

Yes, but you must provide an Australian billing address when checking out.

Can I use my ESCA Gift Card for multiple transactions?

Your ESCA Gift Card may be redeemed repeatedly until the value of the card has been used (or the card has expired). 

For purchases greater than the remaining card balance, venues will accept supplemental forms of payment.


How can I see my remaining balance?

You can check the balance of your ESCA Gift Card at any time by using our online ‘Check Card Balance’ feature, or check in person at any ESCA venue.
