Terms and Conditions

Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Gift cards are: redeemable for merchandise or services at all Adairs stores with Australia and/or online; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payments of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed within 36 months from the date of issue; Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Are partially redeemable.

When ordering gift cards online, a minimum amount of $5 must be loaded to each card, with a maximum of 10 cards per order. The total combined value of all gift cards in the order cannot exceed $1000.

It is up to you to use the full value before the expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of card will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds the available card balance, the card holder will be required to make up the difference with another payment method. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

When purchasing eGift cards online or via our customer service team, it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure the postal address or recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Any ​eGift cards not delivered due to a purchaser’s error, will not be replaced or refunded.

Adairs, Adairs Kids, & Urban Home Republic gift cards can all be redeemed in any of the afore-mentioned stores, and the online store.

Once the card is credited and in your possession, you are liable for all transactions on your Adairs gift card.  We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes to Terms and Conditions will be on www.adairs.com.au. For card balance, expiry date, or if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your Adairs gift card, feel free to email us at info@adairs.com.au or call 1300 783 005. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemable for cash.

Once you have placed your order, Adairs is unable to add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, gift card value, designs or removing the items from your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • You provide an unauthorized credit card;
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided;
  • You have provided invalid personal details;
  • If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity;
  • The product has become unavailable;
  • If, for any reason, we don't reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery

Our Customer Care Team will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.
